Release Form for Custom Owner Apparel

Terms & Conditions

Customer-Provided Apparel: The garments/items have been provided by the customer ("Owner") for the purpose of embroidery by Idaho Shirtsmith. Idaho Shirtsmith does not guarantee the quality, durability, or suitability of the items provided.

No Liability for Damages or Errors: By signing this release form, the Owner understands and agrees that Idaho Shirtsmith is not responsible for any mishaps, damages, or errors that may occur during the embroidery process. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the fabric, stitching misalignment, or any unforeseen issues with the embroidery machinery or process.

Risk Acknowledgement: The Owner acknowledges that embroidery is a process that can involve risks, such as needle punctures, thread inconsistencies, or hoop marks, and that Idaho Shirtsmith is not responsible for replacing or compensating for any damaged, ruined, or otherwise altered apparel.

No Compensation, Replacement, or Refunds: The Owner agrees that Idaho Shirtsmith will not compensate, replace, or provide refunds for any garments/items that are damaged, altered, or otherwise affected during the embroidery process. This applies to all damages regardless of the cause or nature of the issue.

Inspection Prior to Embroidery: The Owner is responsible for ensuring that all garments/items provided are in good condition and suitable for embroidery. Idaho Shirtsmith will not be held liable for any pre-existing issues with the apparel, such as stains, weak fabric, or construction issues that may affect the final result.

No Warranty on Customer-Provided Apparel: Idaho Shirtsmith does not provide any warranty or guarantee for embroidery on customer-provided apparel. Once the embroidery process begins, all risks associated with the work are assumed by the Owner.

Acceptance of Finished Product: The Owner agrees to accept the final embroidered product "as is" and understands that no refunds, replacements, or compensation will be provided for any mishaps, damages, or imperfections that may occur during the embroidery process.

By signing below, I, the Owner of the items listed, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above. I understand that Idaho Shirtsmith is not liable for any damage, error, or alteration to my apparel during the embroidery process, and I waive any rights to request compensation, replacement, or a refund.
